Your information.
Properly looked after.
The Stair Hoovering Company is a marketing identity for Shoe Hole. Shoe Hole provides the installation and handles your enquiry.
Website and advert measurement
Optional measurement stays off until you choose it. Analytics uses Google Analytics to understand visits and quote-page clicks. Advertising measurement uses Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. You can allow both, analytics only, or neither, and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We do not send your name, photos or enquiry answers through these measurement events.
Campaign labels and ad click identifiers in a landing URL travel with links to our Shoe Hole quote page. The campaign labels are saved with your enquiry to understand where enquiries and later bookings came from. Shoe Hole asks for its own measurement choice on its domain. Your enquiry works without optional measurement.
When you ask for a stair check
We use your name, email, postcode, optional phone number and staircase photographs to respond, assess suitability, prepare a quote and arrange work you choose to book. Sending the form does not confirm that your staircase is suitable.
Where your enquiry goes
Your enquiry uses Shoe Hole’s existing private enquiry system, hosted by Cloudflare. Photos are stored privately rather than published on this website. They are not used as public marketing material without separate permission.
Security and cookies
The enquiry form on myshoehole.com uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated misuse. On this site, we remember your measurement choice in local storage. If you allow analytics, Google may set _ga cookies; advertising measurement may set _gcl, _fbp and _fbc cookies. You can withdraw permission through Cookie settings.

The service
The £399 standard package is a fitted Shoe Hole installation with stair cleaning, subject to suitability. Additional work is agreed before booking. There is no £399 cleaning-only checkout. No deposit is required; payment follows completion. The five-year guarantee covers the installation and fitted hardware, excluding damage, misuse and ordinary wear. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
