A Shoe Hole turns two existing steps into one lifting section. The lowest step remains fixed. Open it for access to the space underneath; close it and carry on using your stairs. Your existing carpet stays with the steps.

Not every staircase is suitable. The Shoe Hole team reviews the front of your staircase and the accessible space underneath before confirming what can be fitted.
Photographs do not automatically confirm suitability. If the installation cannot go ahead, there is no booking and nothing to pay.
The £399 standard package includes installation and stair cleaning. Additional work is agreed before booking.
